Easiest Ever Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp flax seed + 2.5 tbsp warm water
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt (i used alpro greek)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • dash of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a blender or food processor, pulse the oats in a blender until fine, add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth

  2. Chocolate chips

  3. Stir through the chocolate chips

  4. Heat up your pan with some coconut oil spray

  5. Spoon some of the batter onto the pan and cook until lightly browned on one side, flip and cook again

  6. Eat straight away or leave in a warm oven whilst making the rest

  7. Repeat with the rest of the batter and ENJOY
