Healthy Banana Protein Pancake Stack
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 3 tbsp buckwheat flour
- Olive oil
- Smooth peanut butter
- Strawberries
Preparation
Mix together 2 eggs, 1 mashed ripe banana, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 2 tablespoons of almond milk, and 3 tablespoons of buckwheat flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium to high heat.
Cook the pancakes in batches of 2 or 3 depending on the size of the pan.
Finish by topping with smooth peanut butter and some strawberries.
