Gluten-Free French Toast Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of Promise Gluten-Free bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • coconut oil for frying
  • yoghurt for topping
  • strawberries for topping
  • desiccated coconut for topping

Preparation

  1. Mix the eggs, almond milk, and vanilla protein powder together.

  2. Soak the bread slices in the mixture.

  3. Fry the soaked bread in coconut oil.

  4. Top with yoghurt, strawberries, and desiccated coconut.
