Healthy Protein Pancakes with Almond Milk

Ingredients

Dry

  • 1 1/4 cup spelt flour
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Wet mix

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients.

  2. Add wet ingredients and mix well.

  3. Heat coconut oil in a pan.

  4. Cook pancake for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble. Then flip and cook through for another 2-3 minutes.

  5. Repeat until all the batter is used.

  6. Served warm with your favourite toppings.
