Vegan Fluffy Protein Pancakes for Breakfast
Ingredients
Dry
- 1 1/4 cup spelt flour
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Wet components
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
In a large bowl combine dry ingredients.
Add wet ingredients and mix well.
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Cook pancake for a couple of minutes until it starts to bubble.
Then flip and cook through for another 2-3 minutes.
Repeat until all the batter is used.
Serve warm with your favourite toppings.
