Quick and Easy Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
Add the eggs, baking powder, and cinnamon, then mix until well combined.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with oil or butter.
Pour small portions of the batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
Remove from heat and serve, optionally topped with favorite additions like peanut butter or fruits.
