Delicious Vegan Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 1 package of pasta (I used @barillaus chickpea rotini)
- 1 head of broccoli
- 2 large carrots
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow squash
- 3 heads of green onion
- Olives
- 1/2 cup vegan ranch (I used @daiyafoods vegan ranch)
Preparation
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then rinse in cool water and set aside.
Cut up your veggies and add them to a large bowl.
Add your pasta, then your vegan ranch- you can add extra ranch for even more flavor.
