Cashew parmesan

  • cashews
  • nutritional yeast
  • lemon zest
  • sea salt

Preparation

  1. Prepare cashew parmesan by mixing cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon zest, and sea salt.

  2. Roast kale in the oven until crispy.

  3. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  4. Toss the cooked pasta with dairy-free pesto.
