Spaghetti and Kale Meatballs with Arrabiata Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup red onion
- handful of kale
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp pink salt
- 1 can drained chickpeas
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- any other seasoning you want
Preparation
In a food processor, blend all the ingredients.
Form into balls and bake at 375 degrees for about 18 minutes.
