Spaghetti and Kale Meatballs with Arrabiata Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • handful of kale
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp pink salt
  • 1 can drained chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • any other seasoning you want

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients.

  2. Form into balls and bake at 375 degrees for about 18 minutes.
