Vegan Pizza with Abundant Vegetables and Legumes

Ingredients

  • 300g whole grain flour
  • 300ml warm water
  • 1 package of yeast
  • Seasoning (curry, garlic, pepper, cumin, turmeric)
  • Tomato sauce

Toppings

  • Zucchini
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Mushrooms
  • Smoked tofu
  • Frozen peas
  • Sweet corn

Optional additions

  • Vegan cheese
  • Nutritional yeast

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, water, yeast, and seasoning to form a dough

  2. Add more flour if the dough is too sticky.

  3. Preheat oven to 200°C and let the dough rise for 15 minutes.

  4. Spread tomato sauce on the dough and add vegetables and legumes as toppings

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

  6. Serve and enjoy.
