Vegan Pizza with Abundant Vegetables and Legumes
Ingredients
- 300g whole grain flour
- 300ml warm water
- 1 package of yeast
- Seasoning (curry, garlic, pepper, cumin, turmeric)
- Tomato sauce
Toppings
- Zucchini
- Carrot
- Onion
- Garlic
- Mushrooms
- Smoked tofu
- Frozen peas
- Sweet corn
Optional additions
- Vegan cheese
- Nutritional yeast
Preparation
Mix flour, water, yeast, and seasoning to form a dough
Add more flour if the dough is too sticky.
Preheat oven to 200°C and let the dough rise for 15 minutes.
Spread tomato sauce on the dough and add vegetables and legumes as toppings
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
