Easy Vegan Bread with Oats and Seeds
Ingredients
- 500g whole grain flour
- 150 to 200g of a mix of oats, nuts and seeds
- 500g warm water
- 1 package of dry yeast
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients and knead until you get a fluffy dough.
Line a bread tin with parchment paper and place the dough inside.
Optionally top it off with some more seeds.
Bake the loaf for an hour at 200 degrees Celsius.
Let the bread cool down before serving.
