Protein Bread with Lentils and Flax Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 cup/ 200 gr dry red lentils
- 4 tbsp flax seed
- 3 tbsp brown rice flour (rice flour)
- 1 tbsp potato starch (corn starch)
- 2 tbsp oatmeal
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds (or nuts)
- 1/3 tsp baking soda
- splash of lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Soak lentils and flax seeds overnight
Rinse in the morning, add salt, and grind with a blender
Grind oatmeal and seeds in a blender or coffee grinder
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Make a round bread shape on the baking tray. Bake it in a preheated 180 ° / 360 F oven for 40-60 minutes. Check readiness with a toothpick
