Wholegrain Protein Seed Bread

Ingredients

  • 130g whole grain flour
  • 60g unflavoured @vivolife rituals protein powder
  • 100g fine-cut rolled oats
  • 60g sunflower seeds
  • 60g ground flax seeds
  • 60g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 300g soy yoghurt
  • 6 tablespoons apple sauce
  • 60ml water
  • 3 tablespoons agave

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients: whole grain flour, protein powder, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, ground flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and baking powder

  3. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: soy yoghurt, apple sauce, water, and agave

  4. Combine the wet and dry mixtures until well blended

  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan

  6. Bake for 1 hour at 180°C
