Wholegrain Protein Seed Bread
Ingredients
- 130g whole grain flour
- 60g unflavoured @vivolife rituals protein powder
- 100g fine-cut rolled oats
- 60g sunflower seeds
- 60g ground flax seeds
- 60g pumpkin seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 300g soy yoghurt
- 6 tablespoons apple sauce
- 60ml water
- 3 tablespoons agave
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients: whole grain flour, protein powder, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, ground flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and baking powder
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: soy yoghurt, apple sauce, water, and agave
Combine the wet and dry mixtures until well blended
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan
Bake for 1 hour at 180°C
