Cheesy Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches of kale
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp vegan parmesan
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 pinches of salt

Preparation

  1. Prep your kale into bite sized pieces

  2. Mix the rest of ingredients in a large bowl till combined

  3. Add in handfuls of kale and make sure each piece of kale is coated

  4. Add to a lined baking sheet

  5. Make sure it’s spread apart evenly and not overlapping

  6. Bake at 325f for 20-25 minutes until kale is crispy!

  7. Lay the kale chips on paper towel to let some of the oil get absorbed
