Cheesy Kale Chips
Ingredients
- 2 bunches of kale
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp vegan parmesan
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 pinches of salt
Preparation
Prep your kale into bite sized pieces
Mix the rest of ingredients in a large bowl till combined
Add in handfuls of kale and make sure each piece of kale is coated
Add to a lined baking sheet
Make sure it’s spread apart evenly and not overlapping
Bake at 325f for 20-25 minutes until kale is crispy!
Lay the kale chips on paper towel to let some of the oil get absorbed
