Perfect Crispy Kale Chips with Sea Salt
Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of Kale, roughly chopped
- Avocado oil spray
- Sea salt
Preparation
Spray kale with avocado oil and massage kale.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Place on a grill pan and put kale in a cold oven.
Turn on the oven to 350 degrees.
Once it hits that temperature, turn off the oven.
Leave kale in the oven until the heat dissipates (about an hour).
Tips
Kale chips can be stored in an airtight container.
If you want to spice things up, sprinkle a little cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.
