Blistered Shishito Peppers
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons cooking fat of choice
- 12 ounces shishito peppers
- pinch of sea salt
- coarse sea salt, for garnish
Preparation
Heat the cooking fat in a large skillet over high heat
Add the peppers, season lightly with salt, and sauté until charred, 4 to 5 minutes
Finish with coarse sea salt before serving
