'Raw 'Nutella' Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw whole almonds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 dates
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Mix the Ingredients for the base and put in a form

  2. For the filling: 1 1/2 cups raw cashews, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 cup tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tbsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1/4 cup cacao powder

  3. Boil the cashews for 10 minutes. Mix the cashews with the other ingredients for the creamy layer

  4. Freeze for 2 hours

  5. For the frosting - melt the coconut oil and blend in the maple syrup and cacao powder
