Ingredients
Pastry

Cake
- 50 grams sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 70 grams flour
- 10 grams unsalted butter
- 15 ml milk
Cream cheese icing
- 280 grams cream cheese
- 50 grams sugar
- 120 grams powdered sugar
- 100 ml double cream or heavy cream

Preparation
Mix the pastry ingredients to form a dough, chill it, roll it out, and bake until golden brown.
Prepare the cake batter by beating eggs and sugar together, then add vanilla extract, flour, melted butter, and milk, and bake until done.
Whip the cream cheese, sugar, powdered sugar, and heavy cream together until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the tart by layering the baked pastry, the sponge cake, and the cream cheese topping.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, mint leaves, and a dusting of powdered sugar before serving.
