Vegan Spirulina Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Birch Benders mix
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop plant protein
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon barley grass powder

Toppings

  • Miyoko's Creamery vegan butter
  • 1/2 cinnamon sautéed banana
  • Spread The Love almond butter
  • KitchFix paleo granola

Preparation

  1. Preheat the waffle maker.

  2. Mix all ingredients well to form the batter.

  3. Pour the batter into the waffle maker.

  4. Repeat the process to make a second waffle.

Assembly

  1. Sauté half a banana with cinnamon until golden.

  2. Top the waffles with vegan butter, sautéed banana, almond butter, and paleo granola.
