Vegan Spirulina Protein Waffles
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Birch Benders mix
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 scoop plant protein
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon spirulina
- 1 teaspoon barley grass powder
Toppings
- Miyoko's Creamery vegan butter
- 1/2 cinnamon sautéed banana
- Spread The Love almond butter
- KitchFix paleo granola
Preparation
Preheat the waffle maker.
Mix all ingredients well to form the batter.
Pour the batter into the waffle maker.
Repeat the process to make a second waffle.
Assembly
Sauté half a banana with cinnamon until golden.
Top the waffles with vegan butter, sautéed banana, almond butter, and paleo granola.
