Sunday Strawberry Shortcake Vegan Protein Waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (mashed)
  • 2T @bobsredmill ground flaxseed
  • 1c @bobsredmill organic buckwheat flour
  • 2 scoop of #vegan Strawberry Shortcake Planta protein powder from @highperformancenutrition (Discount: “abv”)
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp baking powder
  • 1T ACV (Apple cider vinegar)
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • ~1.5c of almond milk

Toppings

  • raspberries and bluebs
  • @traderjoes raw creamy almond butter
  • @enjoylifefoods mini vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Cook the mixture in a Cuisinart waffle iron on griddle setting at 400°F for 4 minutes

  2. Top with raspberries, blueberries, almond butter, and mini vegan chocolate chips
