Mother's Day Homemade Oatmeal Bake

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed meal
  • 2 scoops vegan banana french toast protein powder
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons vegan mini chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mash 2 bananas in a bowl, then add the oats, flaxseed meal, and powders.

  2. Add the liquid, then stir in the remaining ingredients and the vegan chocolate chips.

  3. Add the mixture to an 8x8 pan and bake for 35 minutes at 350°F. Cool down for at least 10 minutes before cutting.

  4. Add creamy almond butter, berries, and extra chocolate chips on top.
