Vegan Protein Donuts with Almond Milk Batter
Ingredients
- 1c of almond milk
- 1tsp ACV
- 1T @bobsredmill ground flaxseed meal
- 1/2c @bobsredmill buckwheat flour
- 2 scoop Planta #vegan sprinkle cupcake protein powder from @highperformancenutrition (discount: "abv")
- 1T @peregnatural banana flour
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract
- 2tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together to form a pancake batter.
Pour the batter into a donut tray.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.
Top with raw creamy butter, fresh raspberries, and coconut flakes.
