Vegan Protein Donuts with Almond Milk Batter

Ingredients

  • 1c of almond milk
  • 1tsp ACV
  • 1T @bobsredmill ground flaxseed meal
  • 1/2c @bobsredmill buckwheat flour
  • 2 scoop Planta #vegan sprinkle cupcake protein powder from @highperformancenutrition (discount: "abv")
  • 1T @peregnatural banana flour
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp vanilla extract
  • 2tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a pancake batter.

  2. Pour the batter into a donut tray.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 minutes.

  4. Top with raw creamy butter, fresh raspberries, and coconut flakes.
