Yummy Cauliflower Pizza by Sculpted Kitchen
Ingredients
- 1 large cauliflower
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flax seed mixed with 3 Tbsp water)
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasonings
- Toppings of choice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400F.
Cook the cauliflower by boiling cut florets in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Blend the cauliflower in a food processor to rice consistency and squeeze out all liquid using a nut bag or cheese cloth.
Add all remaining ingredients to the processor with the dried cauliflower rice.
Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and form a pizza circle with edges.
Bake for 35 minutes, then remove from oven.
Add toppings and bake for another 15 minutes.
