Yummy Cauliflower Pizza by Sculpted Kitchen

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 flax egg (1 Tbsp ground flax seed mixed with 3 Tbsp water)
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasonings
  • Toppings of choice

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.

  2. Cook the cauliflower by boiling cut florets in water for 5 minutes, then drain.

  3. Blend the cauliflower in a food processor to rice consistency and squeeze out all liquid using a nut bag or cheese cloth.

  4. Add all remaining ingredients to the processor with the dried cauliflower rice.

  5. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and form a pizza circle with edges.

  6. Bake for 35 minutes, then remove from oven.

  7. Add toppings and bake for another 15 minutes.
