BBQ Chickpea Pancakes with Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chickpea flour
- 2/3 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 tablespoon flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
- pinch of onion powder
- pinch of smoked paprika
- large pinch of BBQ seasoning
- squeeze of lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 small cauliflower or 1/2 medium cauliflower
Preparation
Cook the cauliflower until soft, about 10 minutes, then drain and mash.
Mix all the ingredients together and fry in a non-stick pan until golden on both sides.
