Vegan Maple Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/3 - 2/3 cup milk
  • 1.5 tbsp sugar/sweeter
  • squeeze of lemon
  • dash of vanilla essence
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the ingredients

  2. Dollop on about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake, here i added some blueberries

  3. Once golden underneath, flip & cook on the other side
