Buckwheat Crepes with Cheese Sauce and Mushrooms
Ingredients
Crepes
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup white beans
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Turmeric
- Smoked paprika
Preparation
Mix buckwheat flour with water and baking powder.
Fry the mixture on both sides to make crepes.
Meanwhile, blend all the cheese sauce ingredients.
Fry the mushrooms until golden brown
Serve with fried mushrooms and some fresh dill.
