Vegan Pizza Omelette with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  • 2/3 cup plant milk
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Spices

  • salt
  • pepper
  • smoked paprika
  • turmeric
  • garlic powder
  • basil
  • oregano

Toppings

  • Toppings of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together

  2. Pour the batter on a non-stick pan

  3. Cook on both sides

  4. Then add toppings of choice and bake at 360F for 10 minutes
