Vegan Pizza Omelette with Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour
- 2/3 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Spices
- salt
- pepper
- smoked paprika
- turmeric
- garlic powder
- basil
- oregano
Toppings
- Toppings of choice
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together
Pour the batter on a non-stick pan
Cook on both sides
Then add toppings of choice and bake at 360F for 10 minutes
