Buckwheat Crepes with Vegan Cheese Sauce and Fried Mushrooms
Ingredients
Crepes
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup white beans
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Turmeric
- Smoked paprika
Additional
- Mushrooms
- Fresh dill
Preparation
Mix buckwheat flour with water and baking powder to make the batter.
Fry the batter on both sides to cook the crepes.
Meanwhile, blend all the cheese sauce ingredients until smooth.
Fry the mushrooms in a pan until golden and tender.
Serve the crepes with the cheese sauce, fried mushrooms, and fresh dill.
