Spiced Scrambled Tofu
Ingredients
- 1/2 brick tofu
- 1 tsp Kala Namak
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp turmeric
- Cracked pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
Preparation
Crush the tofu with hands and add to a bowl with the spices.
Drizzle with oil and mix until completely coated.
Add the mixture to a nonstick pan and add water.
Cover with a lid and heat through, stirring a couple of times.
Once hot, it is done.
