Buckwheat Crepes with Vegan Cheese Sauce and Fried Mushrooms
Ingredients
Crepes
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Cheese sauce
- 1/2 cup white beans
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Turmeric
- Smoked paprika
Additional
- Mushrooms
- Fresh dill
Preparation
Mix the buckwheat flour with water and baking powder to form a batter.
Fry the batter on both sides in a pan to make crepes.
Meanwhile, blend all the cheese sauce ingredients until smooth.
Fry the mushrooms until golden brown.
Serve the crepes topped with cheese sauce, fried mushrooms, and fresh dill.
