Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oat
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon + maca
- 2 scoops of @vitalproteins (optional: great for skin hair and gut health)
- Toppings:Carmalized ? + chia Jam (recipe on my blog??link in bio) + chunky ? butter

Heat it up or eat it cold in the morning
