Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oat
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon + maca
  • 2 scoops of @vitalproteins (optional: great for skin hair and gut health)
  • Toppings:Carmalized ? + chia Jam (recipe on my blog??link in bio) + chunky ? butter

Preparation

  1. Heat it up or eat it cold in the morning
