All I did was put 1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries into a microwave safe bowl and heat up for about 2 minutes to defrost and warm up the berries. ??To that I added 2 tsp of chia seeds mixed that together and allow to sit for 3-5 minutes. Feel free to sweeten it up if you need to
but I like it as is. If you’re freaked out about the thought of a microwave
feel free to cook your frozen berries on the stove top until the berries thaw and their juices are released then follow the remaining steps
