Yogurt Chia Porridge Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp porridge oats (quick oats)
- 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup plant milk of choice
- 2 tsp maple syrup (or natural sweetener of choice)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a bowl or a jar, mix well and set aside to soak for a minimum of 30 minutes
