Yogurt Chia Porridge Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp porridge oats (quick oats)
  • 1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup plant milk of choice
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (or natural sweetener of choice)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl or a jar, mix well and set aside to soak for a minimum of 30 minutes
