Ingredients
- 1 cup millet cooked in 2 glasses of water (200g)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed apple juice
- 3/4-1 cup vanilla soy milk (or your favorite)
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (honey, sugar)
Preparation
Cook 1 cup millet in 2 glasses of water until tender.
Blend the cooked millet with 1 cup freshly squeezed apple juice, 3/4-1 cup vanilla soy milk, and 2 tablespoons maple syrup in a high-speed blender.
