Ingredients

  • 1 cup millet cooked in 2 glasses of water (200g)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed apple juice
  • 3/4-1 cup vanilla soy milk (or your favorite)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (honey, sugar)

Preparation

  1. Cook 1 cup millet in 2 glasses of water until tender.

  2. Blend the cooked millet with 1 cup freshly squeezed apple juice, 3/4-1 cup vanilla soy milk, and 2 tablespoons maple syrup in a high-speed blender.
