Pecan Apple Bacon Salad with Maple Dressing
Ingredients
- 7-8 pieces of cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup feta
- 2 apples
- As much kale as you want!
Dressing
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Sprinkle of salt and pepper
Preparation
Bake the bacon at 425F for 15 minutes, then pat off the grease.
Chop the apples into desired pieces, such as dice or slices.
Chop the bacon into small pieces.
Make the salad dressing using a food processor or some type of mixer.
Combine all ingredients in a big bowl, or divide into small bowls for meal prep without adding the dressing.
