Vegan Tofu Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • Extra firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon veganaise
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Indian black salt

Preparation

  1. Drain and crumble the tofu

  2. Chop the celery into small pieces

  3. In a large bowl, mix the crumbled tofu with veganaise, chopped celery, capers, turmeric powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Indian black salt until well combined
