Vegan Tofu Egg Salad
Ingredients
- Extra firm tofu
- 1 tablespoon veganaise
- 2 ribs celery
- 2 teaspoons capers
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Indian black salt
Preparation
Drain and crumble the tofu
Chop the celery into small pieces
In a large bowl, mix the crumbled tofu with veganaise, chopped celery, capers, turmeric powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Indian black salt until well combined
