Spicy Caulifower Tacos with Cilantro Cream and Tofu Walnut Meat for Taco

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauli cut into bite sized florets
  • 1 tsp Harissa spice
  • 1/2tsp Berbere spice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt and cracked pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 c soaked cashews
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 c chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup water (ish)
  • Pinch chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400

  2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl and whisk in olive oil

  3. Toss florets in the bowl and toss to coat

  4. Place on prepared baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes turning halfway

  5. Place in high speed and pulse till smooth and creamy

  6. Add more water if to thick

  7. And more salt pepper and even cilantro to taste
