Easy Tofu Tacos with Avocado and Cilantro
Ingredients
- Tofu
- 2 teaspoons arrowroot flour or cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tortillas
- Purple cabbage
- Cilantro
- 1 avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 jalapeno
- 3-4 tablespoons milk of choice
Preparation
Dry and press the tofu.
Dice the tofu.
Toss the diced tofu in 2 teaspoons arrowroot flour or cornstarch, 2 teaspoons paprika, 1 teaspoon garlic, salt, and pepper.
Sauté the tofu for 4-5 minutes per side.
Prepare avocado sauce by mixing 1 avocado, juice of 1 lime, 1 jalapeno, 3-4 tablespoons milk of choice, salt, pepper, and garlic.
Add the sautéed tofu to tortillas along with purple cabbage and cilantro.
