Gooey Volcano Sandwich with Spicy Cheese

Ingredients

Cheese sauce

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp wheat flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp Schezwan sauce
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Processed Cheese

Filling

  • Schezwan sauce
  • Choice of veggies/paneer
  • Creamcheese/Mayo/Cheese spread
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

  1. Prepare the cheese sauce by melting butter, adding flour to make a roux, then stirring in milk, Schezwan sauce, cheese, salt, and pepper until smooth and melty.

  2. Make the filling by combining Schezwan sauce, your choice of vegetables or paneer, cream cheese or mayo or cheese spread, and seasoning with salt and pepper.

  3. Assemble the sandwich with two layers of fillings and cheese sauce, then heat until gooey and melty.
