Creamy Tahini Garlic Sauce with Zucchini Noodles, Chickpeas, and Pine Nuts

Ingredients

  • spiralized zucchini noodles

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup/120 ml tahini
  • 3/4 cup/180 ml water
  • 1 fresh garlic clove or 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)

Toppings

  • chickpeas
  • pine nuts

Preparation

  1. Blend all sauce ingredients in a blender or food processor.

  2. Pour the sauce over spiralized zucchini noodles.

  3. Top with chickpeas and pine nuts.
