Easy Vegan Cashew Basil Dressing for Salads
Ingredients
- 1 cup of soaked cashews
- 2 large handfuls of basil
- 5/8 cup of filtered water
- 1 tbs of nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of pink salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour onto salad, potatoes, or even pasta.
Or store into a jar and use as needed.
