Easy Vegan Cashew Basil Dressing for Salads

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of soaked cashews
  • 2 large handfuls of basil
  • 5/8 cup of filtered water
  • 1 tbs of nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp of pink salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour onto salad, potatoes, or even pasta.

  3. Or store into a jar and use as needed.

  4. Enjoy!
