Satay Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 white potato
Dipping sauce
- 1/3 cup coconut cream or milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Cut the potatoes into fry shapes
Roast the potatoes at 180°C for 45 minutes with some Cajun or Moroccan seasoning.
Whisk all wet ingredients together to make the dipping sauce.
Serve.
