Satay Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 white potato

Dipping sauce

  • 1/3 cup coconut cream or milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Cut the potatoes into fry shapes

  3. Roast the potatoes at 180°C for 45 minutes with some Cajun or Moroccan seasoning.

  4. Whisk all wet ingredients together to make the dipping sauce.

  5. Serve.
