Creamy Vegan Peanut Butter Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup aquafaba
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp coconut cream
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Whip aquafaba until stiff peaks form

  2. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut cream, and salt

  3. Gently fold the whipped aquafaba into the peanut butter mixture

  4. Spoon into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator until set
