Cool Chocolate Smoothie Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 heaped dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
  • 1 heaped tbsp mulled hemp
  • 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 date
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • Splash of plant-based milk

Toppings

  • Dark chocolate
  • Granola
  • Frozen nut butter filled date

Preparation

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.

  2. Melt the dark chocolate.

  3. Prepare the frozen nut butter filled date by stuffing a date with nut butter and freezing it.

  4. In a chilled glass, layer or add the coconut yoghurt, blended smoothie, melted dark chocolate, granola, and the prepared date as toppings.
