Cool Chocolate Smoothie Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 heaped dessert spoons of coconut yoghurt
- 1 heaped tbsp mulled hemp
- 1 heaped tbsp cacao powder
- 1 date
- 1 tsp almond butter
- Splash of plant-based milk
Toppings
- Dark chocolate
- Granola
- Frozen nut butter filled date
Preparation
Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.
Melt the dark chocolate.
Prepare the frozen nut butter filled date by stuffing a date with nut butter and freezing it.
In a chilled glass, layer or add the coconut yoghurt, blended smoothie, melted dark chocolate, granola, and the prepared date as toppings.
