Double Chocolate Smoothie and Chia Pudding

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful frozen berries
  • Scoop chocolate caramel whey
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
  • Toffee drops
  • 150 ml almond milk, plus extra water if needed

Chia pudding

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 150 ml almond milk

Toppings

  • Figs
  • Berries
  • Chocolate sauce

Preparation

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons chia seeds with 150 ml almond milk and refrigerate overnight to make chia pudding.

  2. Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.

  3. Layer the chia pudding and smoothie in a bowl, then add figs, berries, and chocolate sauce on top.
