Double Chocolate Smoothie and Chia Pudding
Ingredients
Smoothie
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower (pre-steamed)
- 1 frozen banana
- Handful frozen berries
- Scoop chocolate caramel whey
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
- Toffee drops
- 150 ml almond milk, plus extra water if needed
Chia pudding
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 150 ml almond milk
Toppings
- Figs
- Berries
- Chocolate sauce
Preparation
Mix 2 tablespoons chia seeds with 150 ml almond milk and refrigerate overnight to make chia pudding.
Blend all smoothie ingredients until smooth.
Layer the chia pudding and smoothie in a bowl, then add figs, berries, and chocolate sauce on top.
