Rainbow Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, to taste
  • unicornsuperfoods powders

Preparation

  1. Start by mixing the almond milk and chia seeds. Let it sit for 5 minutes then mix well again. Add the yoghurt and maple syrup

  2. Divide the chia pudding in separate bowls, depending on how many layers you want

  3. Stir in about 1/2 tsp each of the superfood powders and then layer the chia pudding in glasses. Cover and let sit for at least 4 hours or over night. Here I topped it with yoghurt and frozen berries
