Raspberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen pre-steamed cauliflower
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1 scoop Livwell Nutrition coconut plant-based protein
- 1/2 tablespoon soaked chia seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon soaked flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon coconut butter
Toppings
- homemade trail mix with raw pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, cacao, coconut, and goji berries
- Thrivemkt cashew butter
Preparation
Blend all smoothie ingredients together until smooth
Pour the mixture into a bowl
Top with the homemade trail mix and cashew butter
