Raspberry Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen pre-steamed cauliflower
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1 scoop Livwell Nutrition coconut plant-based protein
  • 1/2 tablespoon soaked chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon soaked flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coconut butter

Toppings

  • homemade trail mix with raw pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, cacao, coconut, and goji berries
  • Thrivemkt cashew butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all smoothie ingredients together until smooth

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  3. Top with the homemade trail mix and cashew butter
