Overnight Chia Pudding with Nut Milk and Oats

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1.5 Cups Nut Milk (almond milk used)

Toppings

  • Jonny jump ups (edible flowers)
  • Coconut whipped cream
  • Frozen blueberries
  • Frozen raspberries
  • Sprig of mint

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a mason jar and give it a gentle shake.

  2. Place in refrigerator for about 10 minutes and give another shake to avoid seed settlement.

  3. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.

Assembly

  1. Gather edible flowers like Jonny jump ups from the garden for added color and dimension.

  2. Top the pudding with coconut whipped cream.

  3. Add frozen blueberries and raspberries for flavor.
