Vibrant Vegan Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Plant-based milk
  • 2 handfuls blueberries
  • 1 tsp Lucuma powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter vegan super protein powder
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp cashew butter

Toppings

  • Cacao granola
  • Cashew butter
  • Pistachios
  • Blueberries
  • Cacao nibs
  • Choc shot

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats and chia seeds in plant-based milk for 20 minutes.

  2. Add the blueberries, Lucuma powder, peanut butter vegan super protein powder, frozen banana, and cashew butter to the mixture.

  3. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  4. Pour the mixture into a bowl

  5. Top with cacao granola, cashew butter, pistachios, blueberries, cacao nibs, and chocolate shot.
