Raspberry and Vanilla Bircher Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 dessert spoon coconut yoghurt
- more berries
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Put 1/2 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, and 1 tsp vanilla extract into a bowl.
Add 1 cup plant-based milk and stir.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir in 1 dessert spoon coconut yoghurt, add more berries, 1 tbsp almond butter, and cacao nibs.
Enjoy with a cup of fresh mint tea.
